Regardless of your personal belief about standardized testing, a principal’s effectiveness⸺and school rating⸺is determined by a state’s accountability system. Period. Because of this, Edu-Lead4Impact’s approach begins with ensuring school leaders have a firm understanding of the written, taught, and assessed curriculum. From there, we focus on alignment with all state standards to ensure all students have equal access to the assessed curriculum.

Teaching the whole child while also “teaching to the test” is possible if done responsibly. All Edu-Lead4Impact courses are designed with this in mind.
